Tax Information
Taxes are due February 1st, May 1st, August 1st and November 1st. Regular tax bills are mailed during the month of July each year. If you do not receive your tax bill by August 1st, it is your responsibility to contact the tax office and request to have your bill resent. Added Assessment and Roll Back bills are sent out in October of each year. These bills are in addition to your regular tax bill and are due by November 1st. There is a 10 day grace period for tax payments. If the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday, the grace period extends to the next business day. If taxes are not paid by close of business on the final day of the grace period, interest will be charged back to the original due date. Please contact the Tax Collector’s office at 732-446-3983 if you have any questions.
