INSTRUCTIONS FOR
SCHEDULING CONSTRUCTION DEPARTMENT INSPECTIONS

 Millstone Township is excited to announce that you can now SCHEDULE CONSTRUCTION DEPARTMENT INSPECTIONS online.   Please following the instructions below.

1. Go to town/Millstone
2. On the upper right portion of the screen, click on “Portal Login”
3. Click on Create an Account and follow the instructions.
4. To submit for inspections, the account must be verified before using the online features. Please check your email for further instructions to verify account once it is created.

For Construction/Buidling Department Inspection Requests:

1. Once logged on and verified, under “Online Requests” select “Building Inspection”
2. Search for your permit using the Control Number (C-####), Permit Number or using the Property Address.
3. Follow the instructions to select the subcode and type of inspection you are requesting. Separate requests will be needed if you are requesting multiple inspections on the same property.

4. Add information for contact person and phone number. Add any notes you wish our staff or inspectors to review.
5. Using the calendar select three (3) possible dates for the inspection based on your preference. We will schedule one of those dates based on the inspector’s availability.
6. Review all information and submit the request.
7. If you need to create another inspection, click the green button to start a new request. If you need to create another inspection on the same permit, make sure the box is checked before you start a new request.

Once your information is submitted, you will receive a series of updates:

1. You will receive a confirmation email that the application was successfully “submitted”.
2. Once we confirm that all information has been received, we will “accept” the inspection request and schedule you for one of the dates you offered. Please check the bottom of the email for confirmation of that date.
3. Check if inspection hours are listed at the time inspection is scheduled.
